    Disable XBox App in Win10 and Overlays

    Couple things we did worked to get rid of that error. We disabled the 'out of the box' turned on XBOX app that Windows 10 comes with. It has an overlay that caused issues.

    Also disable any overlays, including Discord.

    And the worst part - we had to install the game on the main drive of the computer.

    After that the errors stopped. Start with the easy stuff obviously.

    Yep, I'm having it too.

    Some side-affects that always happens when I'm about to get a 90001 disconnect.
    1. I am not able to send or receive new LS, FC, party, and raid chat
    2. I am still able to send and receive /say chat, I assume this work because its handled by the game
    3. During this time, I can play the game normally without any noticeable or obvious lag
    4. I always disconnect within 10m and rarely it has gone up to 20m once or twice
    5. I am always able to get back in immediately not having to wait for my character to timeout, which suggest that the server disconnected me rather than my connection just dropped

    Some speculation,
    1. I noticed this started happening when the data center moved from Montreal, but it could be a coincidence
    2. I suspect I lost connection to a chat server (if that's how they've organized it) and the game disconnects me after realizing I don't have a connection to it, otherwise I can't explain why I can play the game normally for up to 20m and just suddenly disconnect

    EDIT: I should note that this has been an ongoing problem; not due to the EW server congestion. This is not an issue that has just happened, but has been happening since possibly HW.

    Just got 90002'd while in a dungeon. Guess I'm getting kicked from that one while waiting on que.

    I've played for just over a year and haven't had this issue until recently. It's been happening on and off for a few weeks now. Some days it's completely fine for the whole day and sometimes it's 10 minutes after I log in and continues to happen. Clearly there doesn't seem to be any way of fixing this other than using a VPN which I've yet to try since that's clearly not a legitimate fix but it might be my only option at this point. It doesn't help that with the release of Endwalker recently I now have to wait ridiculous queue times whenever I'm kicked, weirdly though it has been fine since the start of early access until today when I started getting errors randomly again

    I'm getting 90006/90002 and a couple 90001 errors. Most of my 90k errors are preceded by 10-60 seconds of the game hanging - I can move around but can't interact with anything. Especially frustrating is that with current queue times if I get booted because of server issues while in game, I have to wait at the end of the queue. I see the moderators are still peddling that ridiculous 'check your network settings' blurb because they won't address network/routing issues on their end. I know they got hammered by wow transplants, but this is a pretty cut and dry case of selling more game than their servers can handle.

    I love the game, been playing since ARR. I'm not cancelling my sub or anything, but I definitely won't pre order again.

    Disconnects 90002 90001 ??

    2 a 3 horas en cola para que a los 10 minutos desconecte... hagan algo ya es un error en masa , es frustrante llegar del trabajo esperar 3 horas mirando segundo a segundo que no desconecte de la cola para que entres 10 minutos y desconecte el juego sean serios

    So the only thing that has helped for me is using a VPN, but even that is having an issue. The only way to use a VPN with the launcher is to turn it off (or it will tell you have an incorrect ID/password), then turning it back on before you launch the game or connect to the data center.

    Why is this even an issue?

    Then got a 5003 error whilst waiting patiently (not actually) in queue.

    alot of people got 90002 just now but its because they have problem with their servers right now and most cant log in, nothing to do with the root of the problem
