    At this point I'm going to request a full refund. For both my subscription and the expansion.

    @Square Enix, can you be transparent and tell us who's the problem when these hops are faulty and who we have to call because our providers definitely won't do anything when it's the last hops that are the problems.....

    Exactly! Our isp's will tell us there is no issue because the problems are not happening within their network but at the end of the hop. So this becomes a bigger issue and SE just seems unwilling to respond to this in any significant way.

    They probably won't answer because the moment they acknowledge the problem is on their part, they lose LOTS of $$$ (massive refund requests)

    But the problem is certainly on their side. I made a character on the japanese server and I can play just fine.

    NA servers are jam-packed, that is where the problem arises.

    They should be transparent, but they can't. The person that would make a decision to acknowledge the problem publicly would be responsible for major cash loss, no one has the power of the balls to do it.

    90006 / 90002 the saga continues

    Same thing for me, started playing a week ago, sometimes I get 0 dc all day, and the next one I get spammed with 90006 and 90002s, tried flushing dns, using google dns, port fowarding, what mods said with internet explorer, all left to do is to try a vpn I guess.

    Whats weird with 90006 is you can still chat and see messages pop up from your party/fc but you know you will dc because everything is frozen/ and or you cant talk to npcs

    Internet provider is Videotron

    This has nothing to do with your ISP. This is all at the end of the network hops and happens as you begin to connect to SE's servers. It tends to happen for certain regions over others. EU and JP seem to have 0 issues while NA is having massive issues come the afternoon as the server loads begin to increase.

    I have videotron and the same problems as you, a coworker has videotron too and no problems. It has nothing to do with ISP.

    Oh and by the way, it has nothing to do with congestion (that was a week before endwalker release) and it was still through gin.ntt hops

    Had two static members 90k more than 3 hours before our scheduled time. We had to cancel because they can't get back through the queue. 5 hours plus wait times just ruins whole days.
