I have been playing with zero issues for quite awhile now, and today, the error, the disconnects only when I'm in an instance.

I do not have Spectrum internet, I have Xfinity/Comcast.

Reading this thread, I have done the steps, all but delete and reinstall. Still crashing out with the 90002 error.

Issues just started tonight. Can't finish a single instance, but can stand around in towns for hours on end.

I have gone through the majority of the steps on the thread, including a reinstall. 9002 haunts me.

On line with Spectrum tech support now, going to see if they have any suggestions

Edit: Spectrum tech support recommended performing a hard reset of my router, in case the internal channels got scrambled. She also did a reprovision of my modem.

But if it's also hitting Xfinity now, then it's clearly not just a spectrum issue. I kind of want to record what is happening locally with FRAPS or something and make it go viral because it still feels like SE doesn't believe us about how bad it is.

My ISP is Altice/Optimum and I've been having this problem for weeks. I've tried many things and nothings worked. I just want to play the game

I am in Phoenix with Cox.

Over the last week or so I get severe lag in instanced content with 8 or more people. My abilities slow down, sound effects cut out, I float and slide at times and I've definitely died a lot due to being in AoEs I couldn't see in time. In Palace of the Dead I have DCed a couple seconds into the dungeon.

Sometimes the game is very slow to launch or just lingers on a black screen then crashes.

My internet is wifi and has never been great but I just replaced my wireless adapter with a much stronger one and this issue persists. Other online games run fine.

90002 Still happening every play session, having originally posted about this months ago. Most common / almost repeatable occurrence is logging into GC squadron barracks, probably get disconnected 7/10 times, otherwise totally random, with a slightly higher chance when zoning anywhere. It seems to be all data centres, not just Chaos EU.

Yes, it's still happening... since 2014. I'd like to get this cleared up before Endwalker please. 90001 disconnects stick me behind the queue.

What's weird about my disconnects is I don't get error codes (Like 90001) or lag before the d/c. Mine just happens quick and just with the message "You've been disconnected from the server". The one thing I do have in common with some posting here is my ISP is Spectrum, it's not my PC or connection as both seem fine and the issue only started like maybe the past year or so. Before then I never d/c'd as much as I do now, now it seems to happen at least 3-4 times randomly any given session I play.

I'm a new player and this errors have been happening to me daily, specially when I'm joining an instance on the duty finder, but also when engaging on cutscenes or talking to quest npcs. It happens around 5-10 times every single day. For a new player who just bought the whole game on steam this is really annoying, since i tried every fix possible that i could find online and nothing helped.

The 90002 DC's are continuing, seemingly getting worse. I even set up my router's integrated ping reduction service and still it hasn't helped. Since my last post the lag has now spread to cities and populated areas, as well as instances. I've even DC'd while idling in housing. I'm using Mediacom, meaning that this doesn't seem to be a provider specific issue.

It's not my internet. There's something up with SE's instance servers.
