Blackmage: The Weeping City of Mhach (not a dungeon, but an instances, so I hope it counts!)
Summoner: Anything allagan, including the whole of Coil and certain research facilities

Monk: Temple of the Fist
Samurai: Kugane Castle (&Yoshinbo)
Ninja: Doma Castle, Swallows Compass (?)
Dragoon: The Aery, Sohr Khai
