changing from 1 class/job to another

I have been playing FF14 for around 3 weeks, I made a marauder, but decided at level 15 to try a rogue. My problem is finding leveling quests to do as a rogue, as it looks like that I have done all the leveling quests as a marauder, so I can't do them again as a rogue. Also, I'm still showing quests that I have for my lvl 15 marauder, couldn't they be separated as you can't do them on a level 7 rogue. The Rogue guild quests and hunter log aren't enough to level me up so I am having to resort to the mindless grind of killing stuff. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanking you in advance.

Do hunt logs and guild hest roulette. Guild hest roulette gives decent exp until you are able to unlock dungeon roulette, and then that's what you should go for.

Also, you should get maurader to lvl 17 and complete the msq that unlocks copperbell mines. After that, you can unlock the Palace of the dead which is a great (if tedious) way to level up. Especially DPS classes since the queue for dps there is faster than running lvling dungeons as dps.

Advance the MSQ at least to "The Lominsan Envoy", which is the point where you can leave the island and visit the mainland. Ul'dah and Gridania will have their own newbie quests for low level classes.

The early stage is really the roughest, later on you'll be able to xp by running roulettes or simply the highest level dungeon you have available, but there are still a few options available to you: First off, you can do levequests. They may have been introduced to you at level 10, but there should be a level 5 camp near town so you can begin doing them then. In addition, FATEs are quite a useful way to level up so keep an eye out for them.

Don't forget about the Challenge Log as well. It will give a nice boost of EXP for completing many of the things above. You will get an EXP reward for doing 5 FATEs (and another at 10). You can also earn some bonus EXP for levequests, and I think there are some challenges for doing duties (dungeons) as well.
