login procedures

dear SE,

please do something with your login procedure. i am on satellite. yes, i understand that is not supported. it makes many things difficult and i struggle through them. logging in should not be one of those. we only get 10gb of data per month on satellite. when that runs out, the speed is slowed down. no big deal, i can still -play- the game on the slow speed, but i can't log in because it times out.

since the pandemic, speeds have slowed down. i get that. but it makes it almost impossible for me to log in after about 10am in the morning. every time you dc from the game, it doesn't just send you back to the character screen. you have to start up the launcher again. every time it does this, it uses up a chunk of data.

please please please increase the time it allows you to log in before timing out. i'm not asking for a lot here. just a few seconds. if there's any way to make it so that when you dc, it just takes you to the character screen, that would be amazing, but i understand that that probably takes a lot more work to do than just increasing the timer.

alright... new complaint... when i tried to send in a ticket on this 26 days ago, the website pretty much said my only/best recourse was to post to the forums. no response at all. it just took me 32 minutes to log into the game.
