Will there ever be a feature to make ~10 NQ items into 1 HQ items?

Hey all,

Just wondering if such a feature to turn 10 or 15 NQ of an item into 1 HQ of the same item, whether it is from gathering or crafted?

If not, I think such a feature would be well received without making the high-end crafts "too easy" and cheating people out of stuff, as you would need the 10-15x the materials to guarantee an HQ.

I've recently done the gatherers relics and thought a 10-1 or even a 15-1 ratio wouldn't be so bad, it would also help you consolidate your inventory for you and your retainers.

They would likely sooner allow the reverse, and turn an HQ item into multiple NQ, which I'm totally for.

With as little as HQ means for anything but exp turnins these days, I would guess we are far more likely to see the nq -> hq, though we're almost assuredly never going to see either.

And if they did allow it, theres probably a 0% chance you could use it on anything you NEED to be HQ'd.

I'm pretty positive SE won't step outside current means to obtain HQ mats. If you could just turn a bunch of NQ into a HQ, it deflates a large purpose to crafting in the first place. The reverse is more likely because they'll give you NQ mats all day, as they strongly encourage to use NQ mats to process into HQ items. This feature is already somewhat present though by being able to convert anything from HQ to NQ on the fly. It's just a 1:1 deal.

I'd like it too, but 10-15 is too much. How about 2-3 NQ's to make one HQ. For things like skins that have low drop rates and no control over HQ's, the ability to turn some into HQ's to help craft HQ items would be great.

To piggy back onto this, can we also be able to break clusters into crystals into shards?

That actually will make things a lot easier. Especially for gatherer relics (which already are pretty easy to obtain). Also, if you aren't just talking about gathered materials but also crafted items, then i'll just need to run quick syntesis over and over, then mix all resulting NQs. No need of any crafter skill, or food.
