One character consistently crashes to desktop on load

It started about a week ago, for what it's worth I'm in Azrim Steppes. Any time I login to character, it starts to load but then CTD's with no error. Now, for the record, it is only this character that is crashing to desktop. I can, and have, made an alt and have been perfectly fine logging in and out of that.
I don't think this problem is on my end, I'm wondering if my character being moved manually might help?

If it is only happening with this one character, you may want to try deleting the locally-saved data folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.

Well, I've tried running the game with no other processes running on my computer and that didn't do it for me. As of the time of copying that system report I had just closed the game out while running my other character so nothing I have on that list was impacting my game.

Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs.
3) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
4) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
5) Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card

I understand you're just copy pasting that but as I've already stated, I can load other characters just fine without closing programs, I updated my gpu drivers last night but I was playing my character just fine after that driver update came out. I think manually moving my character out of Azrim Steppes might be a potential fix.

I guess my issue is basically if the problem is anywhere on my end then why can I load every other character I make just fine without any issue? There's not one logical reason to suspect that me having a usb device plugged in causes one character to crash out of 5.
