Impossible to create a new character on Famfrit?

Do we really need a thread every time someone can't make a character on a full server?

Someone new to the game isn't going to understand why they can't make a character on the same world as their friends, especially when that world is marked Preferred and supposedly recommended for new characters.

RMT Bots are hitting the preferred worlds hard to create characters then use world visit to set them up elsewhere for botting activity. I've been seeing a lot of Wanderer bots lately while leveling an alt. All that bot character creation is making things hard for legitimate players.
