Display timer at "0" for Seraph randomly stuck even when not able to use Seraph

Steps:
1. Queued for roulette normally with fairy out before queue, ended up in Qitana Ravel
2. Timer number "0" for Seraph fairy was locked to the fairy gauge despite not being able to use Seraph
3. Timer would disappear with use of Dissipation, and return when fairy appears again

This has happened before in other lower level instances so it is a bit bizarre to have the "0" there when it's not supposed to be there. Prior to queuing I did not do anything except summon the fairy.
