Is there something like a skinner profession in this game?

I'm not able to find much about this on the net. I have a leather worker, but that doesn't seem to include skinning, neither do any of the gathering professions seem to be even close to skinning.

Skins and hides can drop from all kinds of animals that you kill in the game, and no special profession is needed to make them drop. For retainers, any of the combat classes will let them gather skins/hides.
