One thing that some new crafters don't really understand that is a good time-saving tip is if you are just trying to get exp, you only need to get around 15-20% quality, after that you aren't really going to get enough or even any extra exp that makes it worth the time/effort. The exp-per-hour drops drastically doing all the steps to hq, rather than just getting 15-20% and finishing the item. I would only go for hq crafts if I was doing grand company turn ins or something, but outside of that I just got the 15-20 and never saw enough of a difference to do all the extra steps. I also stayed in my lvl 50 set til I got to 60, then my 60 til I hit 70 and then my 70 again til I hit 80, so you can make them, but you cant really hq them without lots of luck.

At least it used to be like that, if that's changed I am sure someone will correct me.

Vidu was referring to the "Adept crafting set":

You can purchase it with yellow scrips. Earn scrips it by turning-in collectables at the Appraiser NPC. To make collectable items, make sure you click the "collectable" button before you make the items.

If you have been leveling all your classes together, you should just make your own gear sets... That's probably the easiest thing to do.
If you can't make the level 61 set, make the level 51 set first to upgrade yourself in terms of stats.
And if you can't make the level 51 set, make the level 45-48 set first.

In terms of rotation, you should start learning "phases" and "combos" in a rotation. Study the tool tips of each button more closely to understand your arsenal better. Then develop your own ways of combining the actions.
