Yeah what they shoulda done is say sub or your character wiped but no they transferring all so ppl who didn't want to play bad enough to pay could get their character. I woulda kept only the subs and the rest would been out of luck. They were already not paying so no money lost. To be fair I would have announced that to give ppl those who read game updates a choice.

Is this a real post? Are you suggesting that SE deletes characters when someone unsubscribes?

OP, when you finally get into the game call customer service, and explain it to them, and they'll credit your account the number of days it took to transfer you.
