Unable to exchange old Red Scrips

Hello, I'm having an issue of trying to get rid of my old Red Scrips for the current Scrips and I am unable to find any of the Vendors to give me the option to turn them in.

I know it says for a "limited time" to exchange them, but isn't that for them be in your currency until the current Scrips (Yellow) become obsolete and the Red Scrips disappear after that with Yellow taking its place.

Am I missing something here, or is it a different NPC that allows me to exchange old Scrips. I'm at a loss here.

As long as it's still listed on your currency tab, there's a way to exchange it.

Not certain which NPC you've been checking but the scrip exchange is in Mor Dhona.

Weird that it's ONLY that NPC that does it. I assumed and other sites and videos mentioned/shown other NPCs that exchange old Scrips for the new one. I'm not sure if SE made an oversight and removed it on all other NPCs.
Was so confused when old Blue Scrips could be trade for the new Red Scrips when it first released, like the Exchange Scrip NPC at Idyllshire.
