Thanks for everyone's input. I know you can harvest @ Tranquil. Update notes said this item drops from mobs, just not sure which, and harvesting is very slow. Yoohre - I was unaware you could buy this from the culinarian guild. In Gridania this sells for approximately 1700 each. Since I ususally synth up 24-36, thought I might save a little gil.
