You're going to have a hard time reliably getting HQ on Neo-Ishgardian when you need food just to meet the minimum requirements to attempt the recipes.

Start with Reflect and Manipulation. From there it's up to you. Use Veneration to get greater progress with less durability loss. Innovation will give additional increase to quality but it's much more effective at high Inner Quiet stacks than low. If condition is Good/Excellent, don't use a Synthesis action (except Intensive Synthesis) when you could be using a Touch action. Don't use Groundwork or Preparatory Touch without Waste Not/Waste Not II active. A standard quality finisher is Innovation - (Touch) - (Touch) - Great Strides - Byregot's Blessing but you need to make sure you have enough Durability left for it plus your progress finisher.

There are practice recipes included in the Master 8 recipes and the practice recipe materials can be purchased from the Merchants in Eulmore and Firmament. Pick up a bunch so you can practice without wasting real materials.

If you change your mind about macros, Teamcraft is a safe and valuable online tool for testing rotations that will work with your specific stats.
I viewed macros as something you setup via some type of programming, a.k.a. something I didn't know how to do. (I know sounds stupid but not everyone is an expert in the game and its lingo) That's why I asked for a rotation of skills I could do by pushing the buttons myself not knowing that the act of pushing the buttons to preform certain actions in a set order, was considered a macro, as you just stated. Thank you for that rotation/macro.

I had someone recently stalk me and tell me that they would send me macros via email. Maybe they were being nice but it seemed suspicious so I thought id ask here instead. I am just a novice player and a new lvl 80 crafter I am not fully acquainted/familiar with all the lingo of final fantasy.

Also my current stats for control and craftsmanship higher than the average recommended but being away from my PC I cant see the exact number. Ive added some melds and overmeld (by luck).

Thank you for that information and now that I know all this information, I will use the Teamcraft site to test these things out and use macros. It is very helpful and I am glad you replied Jojoya.
