NG+ No quest tracking

Hello,

I believe this started after the most recent patch.

I am playing through the Heavensward NG+ mode on ps4, so I can accompany my wife as she levels up and completes the story. Until recently it was working as intended, where upon activation, it would hide all of my other quests, but show me the active quest from the current stage of the ng+.

However, as of this last week or so, any time ng+ is active, my duty list is blank. My journal will show the quest is active, but not tracked, and the only way for me to see the information is to manually look at the map from the journal manually.

This is obviously frustrating, and I'm not sure what to do. I didn't change any settings related to my layout, or anything like that. It just was a matter of signing in and ng+ had effectively become broken for tracking purposes.

Any guidance anyone might have regarding a setting I've missed, or influencing regarding if this is a known issue, this would be very helpful.

Primary server is Primal Famfrit, again on ps4.

I think there's a "NG+ Guide" UI element like the standard MSQ guide? It may be switched off by default. Check your UI settings.

I tried interacting with that UI element, but that is the one in the top left corner, replacing the main story quest guide.

I did attempt adjusting or modifying the ng+ guide ui element, but it didn't make a difference.

An update.

I deleted the game entirely, as well as removing my system data from my saved files, and then reinstalled from scratch. Upon logging back in and activating NG+ again, the problem was unchanged, my only active quest on my log was not being tracked and I couldn't force it in any way.
