Unable to Home World Transfer

Dustytome already invested too much time and money to this character. I leveled a lot of DoH/DoL to lvl 80.

Barraind as a new player I think restrictions are in a extremely bad place. As a new player I am basically forced to roll to the New World, without a knowledge that I will be locked on it for another 90 days. New players should never have any restrictions, as they are new to the game and not informed/don't have knowledge about many different things. I underestand the restrictions are great when people who already play the game make new accounts etc. But to lock out a new player is a very low blow, especially someone who already paid for the game.

Canadane no I did not ask. As a new player I am used to just choose the server and play on it. I would have to have a robot to answer my question every 1 min if I wanted to ask questions about everything I was not sure about when I started playing (used google a lot!). It was overwhelming. I would never thought that I should ask somoene "Hey, should I go to New World, because I am afraid that I might be locked down for 90 days" - Can you imagine that, I am not a fairy nor I read minds. And the information was not given to me at the time when I was choosing the server. It should have!

I convinced peope to play this game with me, and they started to play on the server as it became standard. Since it already became standard why am I being still punished? And the same thing happened to me when I tried to create new character on Chaos. I choosed one server and game insisted that I choose the New World! They just try to bait me to be locked yet again. They just simply cannot do this.

You can choose whichever world you want on a data center. The game makes a suggestion on a server on that data center, but you don't have to choose it. As long as a server isn't congested/locked you can choose it. A congested server is locked until SE opens it (and that doesn't happen until a patch update) but a locked server is locked temporarily because so many characters are actively playing on it at that time. But they will unlock for new characters to be made on them. Sometimes with those you need to make a character at a non-peak playing time.
