I farm Gil doing Hunt Bills, but once you run out, that’s it, farming ends.

There's already an infinite source of daily farmable gil by means of combat classes - the adventurer in need bonus. The roulette bonus is only once a day, but if you want to take up you healer weapon/tank weapon and go spam dungeons, the adventurer in need bonus is rewarded each time. Go on adventurer in need bonus role, spam leveling roulette, get gil from the run + stellacluster/paniclusters (assuming your job is 70+) to exchange into Grade 8's/grade 7's to sell for even more gil. With current price of 8's on my server could easily make about 30-40k a run between the materia cost + the actual gil reward itself.
