"Up in Arms" quest not showing up

Hello,

I'm currently playing the quest line for Relic weapons with the Black Mage. It's the 4th time I do this quest and regularly the quest "Up in Arms" shows up when equipping the "Zenith" weapon. I have equipped and unequipped the "Stardust rod Zenith" several times, and restarted the game also several times. But the quest "up in Arms" is not showing up, nor any following quest on the Relic Weapon line. I believe the game has a bug.

Could you guys help me out? Thanks!

I believe your memory might be playing tricks on you, because the quest "Up in Arms" is not repeatable. All you have to do is equip a Zenith weapon and do fates in the correct zones. You can confirm the locations for each atma by checking the quest in the completed tab of your quest journal.

I did 20 Fates with no Atma drops, and noticed the quest disappeared from the quest list. I googled why it wasn't showing up, saw this post, and realized I need to equip the relic weapon for the quest to show up and for Atma to drop. Naturally I did not have it equipped, I had the ironworks weapon with the relic glamor equipped Lol

Zodiac relic weapons are weird. The quests only appear once and then to get the other weapons you have to remember what to do or follow a guide.


By the way, you can grind the atmas of a map to use them for the other weapons if you want. Just keep doing the FATEs once you get the atma to drop more. Once you have enough for every weapon, you'll never have to do this step ever again.
