Resistance Weapons! which one is your favourite?

So just a thread made both out of boredom and curiosity.

What weapon are you currently liking? Personally im liking the look of the crownblade. I like the matte black along the blade with the crown insignia engraved on the end. Just looks quite militaristic, but fancy at the same time.

Just hope the end relic doesn't look too crazy like the Eureka ones.

Oh yeah it definitely fits the artifact gear! Even has fur on it!

So far I like GNB and PLD a lot, leaning toward GNB. PLD would win if the blue part of the sword was dyeable, I think.

I like WHM and BLM too, though BLM is a little more simple than I expected - works well with my current glamour though

DNC is cool but also kind of plain, but I spose it is the first step interested to see how it'll look in later steps

I like about half of them quite a lot. I just hope we'll get to maintain access to these pre-glow versions as we move on to further step. I'm really not a fan of the amounts of glow VFX that XIV puts on its weapons; it always feels like you have three options only -- none, excessive, or blindingly excessive.

I actually like most of the relic weapons this time around. Mostly due to the lack of a jarring glow.

If I had to pick a favourite, I'd have to go with the DRK sword.

So far my two favorites are the GNB weapon with it's very sleek military design, and the SAM relic with it's colored outline along the blade, i also have a soft spot for the WHM and i may try to further unlock it's glamour on my Viera alt.

Ask me again once they're glowing. I immediately glamoured over them all because they look too plain.

They look pretty good on the whole. I'd say BLM, RDM and SAM were some faves.
