Revisiting Exarch for small talk

Is there any way at all we can revisit the Exarch if we've already progressed the post ShB content?

I didn't realise there were a few dialogue options I missed

Yes.
But not for the ones you've missed.

Many of the MSQ related NPCs have have changing dialogue with every advancement of the MSQ. It's nothing new. Ever stop to talk to the people in The Rising Stones? There's been entire story arcs told though them!

If you're at the point where he's not in the Ocular, New Game Plus should get him back there. (I assume the patch content is available as a chapter start, though I haven't checked.)

I also suggest talking to Rammbroes back in Mor Dhona.

Thank you both! I'll give NG+ a try but it might be I'll have to wait for the post-ShB content to be added.

And I'll chat with Rammbroes and make a point of talking to everyone more consistently! I'm a bit hit and miss atm.
