Dead FC, want to take plot

You cant unless you already have a private house.

An Fc home cant be turned to a private house, youd have to relinquish it and move from an private house to it, as the random timer would prevent you from just buying it.

You got 2 options, which are

-Give up the plot, move quickily from your private house to there.

-Stay in an 1 person FC (or start a new one with it)

Option 1 is what I was referring to. I want to demo the current FC house and relocate my private house to the plot. I wasn't sure if there was an internal rule that prevented me from doing so. I didn't want to demo the house and try to relocate to it just to see some message saying "The FC Leader can not relocate to this plot yet." or something like that. If you're moving your private plot over, there'd be nothing in regards to your FC leadership preventing anything.
As far as the game mechanics are concerned, there's no connection between these plots and you. Your FC plot and personal plot have no real connection.

So yeah, you should be able to take it for yourself without issue, just be sure you have the funds for it I guess.
