i cant say i agree with the use of mythril and electrum.. thats a huge loss per synth.. what i did was 27-33, sated silver needle (1 silver nugget).. then i did amber to 40 (1 raw amber, any lv.40 gem will work ..jade too but with a little more loss/synth).. sell to vendor for break even or small profit. then 40-47 coral rings.. either farming from the dungeon or buying (~500gil loss per synth this way selling to vendor) from there.. likely leves. i probably got gsm to 47 with about a 400k loss (if that). 150k of that loss could have been eliminated by farming my own coral, but i got lazy
