I was willing to do whatever it takes to get Final Fantasy up and running again. It took all my patience, three pages of writing, more than a month of waiting, and that still wasn't good enough. Final Fantasy XIV simply will not stop crashing (for me, and others).

As frustrating as it is, I have to respect Square's approach to customer service. They've never been all that friendly, their networks of similar-but-different websites have a fair bit of question marks hanging over them, and they certainly haven't gone out of their way to help me with this technical problem here on the forums, either. Yes it is annoying, but I genuinely respect that, because that is how I run my businesses, too. I do not give in to whiny, irritating customers, and if business doesn't come easily, then so be it. I let them go. Granted, I usually do that before accepting their money - but hey - I did not resubscribe, so I guess that's just all there is to it. Sorry it didn't work out. I'll continue to monitor this thread, the other thread, and the tech support forum in general. I am honestly fascinated by the high-profile neglect taking place here, and I will be interested to see what comes of it. I love when the moderators just keep writing the same things, and asking people for full system reports that are never referenced again.
