In the thread where everyone has gathered to try to help each other out with this issue, Zhexos said, "In order for our support team to better assist with each case, we’d like to ask users who are experiencing issues to create their own thread while adhering to the support template."

That is understandable, but we do that, and then they never actually finish helping us. Why shift the blame back onto us? We are not being angry. We are not talking ugly. We are just banding together, in search of solutions to this problem, because the support team - despite saying they help us - is not actually helping us.

Unfortunately, I received an email yesterday stating that I had three days left on my subscription. Despite creating this thread, and babysitting it all this time, the problem still is not fixed. I was left with no choice but to cancel my subscription.
