I cannot play the game because of the launcher only works with the phases of the moon apparently.

I went through this issue when I downloaded the free version. On 5/11 the download of the free version was successful and the game ran fine. I bought the full version, so now I am back to wrestling with the game's launcher.

I have tried performing the Internet Explorer clean up, performing a clean boot, using a VPN, deactivate my antivirus and my firewall, but I still get the same error message listed in the title.

I would also note that my wi-fi connection is slower then usual, but I was still able to download other games in the past few days. The day I was able to download the free version I had a rate of 1.69-2.00. Now I only get 0.50-1.40 MB/sec before the rate steadily decreases to zero.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Can you temporarily connect wired to do some tests?
Also there is nothing else running?
Is your coonection the Same theoretical speed when looking at the settings of your modem

I haven't tried a wired test yet. I did perform a clean boot with little success. I do know my provider's speed isn't the best as of late.

The speed you got is very low, though latency is more important, low enough that just maybe its not enough

BlueJeans is also going through audio lag, so it could just be the wifi not being up to snuff. I will also try wired.

After the modem was resetted, the game was successfully downloaded. It must have been a latency issue.
