Dark Knight + Scholar healing down to much

Both of these have a Healing down effect that apparently stacks.

After doing some Feast Scrims against some PVP friends i just found out how broken this is.
You can pretty much train the same guy for 30 sec and be guaranted a kill it's basicly impossible to heal the dmg.

Potions are also affected by the healing down debuff for some stupid reason.
make them not able to stack would be a good fix for this
