This game needs way more wards!

While i tryed to find a plot this week i met several fcs that still couldnt get a plot. I think their should be way more wards. It cant be that the server population is 3-4 times than the max number of all plots and players and fcs have to share this limited amount of plots together.

I know this issue exsits since release and that isghard will add a few more plots but its still not enough by far. Also i think FCs should be given prority when a plott is free or make it possible to convert a private house into an FC house. That would atleast solve the issue for some FCs.

Housing just needs a massive overhaul all together. Housing in this game shouldn't be some reward that only a small percentage should get to have just because they were lucky enough to click on a placard at the right time. I am totally all for instanced / phased housing

Also, finding a plot right now will probably be tough as they have suspended housing demolitions.

If you have the gil, you or your FC should be able to get a house and eventually upgrade it to a larger size.

Anything less than it is, and will ALWAYS be, unacceptable. The devs put themselves in a corner by wanting neighborhoods instead of proper instanced housing.

?? What again? It allready was suspended in the past for several years. Why did they do that again, thats not really fair.

I mean sure the idea with neighbours is nice, but im pretty sure it could be solved way better and yea compared to how it is now instaced housing would have been the mutch better solution.
The only other way would be lower the max population on each server by 3 or 4 times and leaving the housing how it is now.

Thought so, i mean i know whats going on with this virus but i cant see why it should affect the game. Since people are asked to stay at home they should have even more time to be online.

Usually a lot of homes would’ve been Auto Demoed by now, but they canceled it which I believe they shouldn’t since they already offer discounts to the game and the housing economy needs to breathe especially when the servers are this active, just my opinion tho

Yea, to bad i can't buy plots on other worlds. Some of the lower pop servers in my DC have still a lot of free plots. But i cant buy them even if we can now move freely in other worlds now and jump between them any time.

Its for Medical personal and other people in other critical roles, Imaging working flat out for 2 weeks and haven't been on ffxiv and forgetting your house was up for demolition yeeeeeeeeeah would be annoying.

Ishgard Housing is going to be a thing most likely so more wards will open up then.

I mean i can understand the idea behind that decision but than again this things can also happen to people without the virus. Like changes in RL, longer work trips or holidays, even if you just want to take a break from this game for a month or two you house will get auto demolished. Also even with that long workshifts it should be still be possible for everyone to long in quick for 5 minutes, visit their home and log out again. Its not like you need to do this everyday, once a month is enough and that should be doable for everyone who realy wants to keep his house, no matter how busy your RL is.
