The neighborood is broken since individuals can get a house, it makes ghosts towns but never mind, they prioritize wards with broken neighborood. sigh...

They could upgrade flats, offer several size, a greenhouse but no... always wards...
With a centrale aetheryte they could propose instancied housing with gardens and simulated neighborood but... we don't see anything of this kind.

I have no illusions about Ishgard.
I do care about neighborhoods, the instances houses are in are one of the nicest instances in the damn game and i see people spending time there, its just that there are 30 wards of those instances and people are spread through those wards. If limsa had 30 or so wards it would be the same.
