Continually getting error 6D when trying to start the game. (help appreciated)

I too am getting this same issue. Haven't tried launching it through GeForce yet to see if that works. The whole situation is weird because I have not made any changes to my system since I last played, which has been within the past week.

And to make matters worse I have no recourse to know what is throwing the error message because it is so vague, which makes correcting for it (and thereby playing the game) near impossible. Incredibly disappointed with whatever is causing this.

try the geforce thing it worked for me, and yah its a really lame update to their security that seems to be casting way to wide a net and catching people that aren't trying anything funny. Computer platforms have so many different things running that its going to be impossible to figure out what it is without more support from square enix's side.
