Does PvP need another collab event?

I was wonder about PvP events since finding out about the expired GARO event, and I'm wondering if collabertive events of the sort shoudl be the new normal for PvP like every other xpac, new glamours and mounts would be made avilable for that concent cycle for Wolf marks and Achivments, particularly in older FL maps, the Feast and Rival Domains.

Would that help reinvigorate PvP or not?

Imo yes, but at least a 100 ppl will come and scream no. But i'd add, remove exp from pvp lol.

Garo helped pvp alot so yes, this would be great.
