How do I know wher I have left off in CT questline?

I only unlocked 2 of the 3 ARR raids back when i played.


how do I know how or where to go to unlock the 3rd? like where do I go to or where do I search to see whre I can pick p my 3rd allaince raid quest

All the quests were originated in Mor Dhona. If you don't have an incomplete quest sitting in your journal you likely have a new quest waiting to be picked up near Saint Coinach's Find in Mor Dhona.
Should be easy to spot, it'll have the + priority quest icon.

CT is easy due to them being in Mor Dhona like Canadine said, but if you ever need to know, just open your journal and find it under completed quests, then its as easy as a google search on the last quest you completed to find where the next quest is located since the quest descriptions often don't tell you. imo they should tell you where the next quest begins or at least where the last one ended since that would be the same thing, but I think they are just in too deep to change that now.
