trying to transfer from crystal zalera, to coeurl

hey everyone, so i'm trying to transfer homeworlds. when i go to the transfer application, it tells me that my character is still in the 90 day probation. but i've been playing this character for way longer than that. sent in a support ticket with no help received.

has this happened to anyone else? if so, what did you do to possibly fix it?

There's a smaller probation period (I think 3 days?) from the last time you transferred. Did you happen to do that recently?
Have more than one character you're moving? Be sure none of them are new either.

nope, i've never transferred and i'm only transferring my one character that i've been using.

Hmm.. it’s possible that you might just be a few days off of the full 90-day restriction. I’d say just give it a few days and try again later.

I can't view your achievements, but if you're logged in you should be able to see your own, and sort by oldest first. That should give you a rough date of when your character was first made (Since many achievements on day one)

It won't have what time of day, just the base date

/playtime just gives you days/hours/minutes

Just out of curiosity, it wouldnt have given him a probation if the server became a preferred world AFTER he made a character right?
For example if he made a character while it was a standard world and then it later became a preferred world could it jack up the dates?

No, it wouldn't happen after the fact just as the Road to 70 buff won't get applied if a world later becomes preferred.

There is a separate cooldown if the player transfers a character from a congested world to a new/preferred world but the OP said they've never transferred a character before so that wouldn't be the problem.

thanks for this, my first achievement was on 02/03/2020, so definitely more than 90 days...........
