trying to transfer from crystal zalera, to coeurl

hey everyone, so i'm trying to transfer homeworlds. when i go to the transfer application, it tells me that my character is still in the 90 day probation. but i've been playing this character for way longer than that. sent in a support ticket with no help received.

has this happened to anyone else? if so, what did you do to possibly fix it?

There's a smaller probation period (I think 3 days?) from the last time you transferred. Did you happen to do that recently?
Have more than one character you're moving? Be sure none of them are new either.

nope, i've never transferred and i'm only transferring my one character that i've been using.

Hmm.. it’s possible that you might just be a few days off of the full 90-day restriction. I’d say just give it a few days and try again later.

I can't view your achievements, but if you're logged in you should be able to see your own, and sort by oldest first. That should give you a rough date of when your character was first made (Since many achievements on day one)

It won't have what time of day, just the base date

In what world? Because that's only 79 days from 2/3/20 and 4/21/20.

Edit: Missed a day. Either way, still less than 90 days unless you decided to take 12 days off between creating your character and getting Storyteller I, which as far as I can tell across multiple characters is the first achievement acquired.

I think we found your issue.
Not sure what date format you're using but Feb 3 was 78 days ago.
March 2nd was 50 days ago.

So you just gotta wait longer.
