Add a report feature into dungeons

what about a vote to kick option that says "refuses to do duty" or something like that? It would carry the same 30+ min lockout and would require people to read the vote dismiss reason too

I think that would fall victim to the "menu pops up, person "auto-click "ok"" to close it, not being arsed to question the reasoning behind the vote dismiss, and the (victim, depending) is subsequently kicked" that already goes on in the game.
