Add a report feature into dungeons

You have a report button, in the menu. A right click report for non-rmt will never and should never be added.

For such sitiations wed need a report button much like for RMT, which needs to get checked faster too, as its pointles a day later...

I've always been contacted within an hour for harassment reports. Going to be kind of difficult in the current world climate though.
