Thormarch (Hard) too much damage

Transition Memento Moogle does too much dmg

minimum ilvl for the duty is 54
WHM has 2800 HP on that level

the first Memento Moogle at start of second Phase does 3850 HP DMG

This never happened before 5.25.

Our Group wiped several times because of this.
Since this Duty is required for story and the player as of that time of the story do not have enough ilvl to beat this fight in the bugged state, this needs ot be fixed ASAP.

Same bug on Lich, tested on both WHM and RDM.
RDM HP at level 54 is 2.7K, can't survive the attack, and this attack is mandatory.
