PETITION: /warmhands emote

I misread this as /washhands in reaction to the pandemic, and thought that was a neat idea.
But /warmhands would just be like /shiver but ...less.

In a sitting position your character can sit on their hands, or tuck them between their legs. There is also simply just putting your hands in your pockets.

Miqo'te can /cpose unto both putting hands in their pockets and putting their hands between their legs while sitting. Our claws are always toasty warm! :3
