Understandable but what is done is done now I will just have to live with it and switch back likely buy another world transfer and return back to NA I just wanted to bring some light to the subject so they could maybe implement a go back feature for world transfers eventually at some point maybe.
Your posts are very hard to read with so much text in one block, and you seem to be putting more detail than we need to know (but I am finding it hard to process).
But for moving servers... you paid to go through the process of moving from one server to another. I assume that's an administration fee, and can't just be undone. Once you've moved, it doesn't matter whether it's an hour later or a year later; your character was moved, and the money you paid was consumed in the moving. It's still a process that has to be repeated.
If you wanted to test latency on another server, it would be much simpler to start an alt character there and see how they perform.
Additionally, many people are having connection issues at the moment.
Just what did you expect when you move to a server 8.000 km away from you?Understandable but what is done is done now I will just have to live with it and switch back likely buy another world transfer and return back to NA I just wanted to bring some light to the subject so they could maybe implement a go back feature for world transfers eventually at some point maybe.
I understand SE that they dont give a refund or whatever because you just did a extremly stupid move.
You also see a problem where none exists, because usually players know that large distances from the server cause laggs.
That's why there are servers on almost every continent.
I don't know of any game that will reverse server transfers, with the occasional exception of transfers done while an account was compromised. They will always state that the transfer is final once completed.Understandable but what is done is done now I will just have to live with it and switch back likely buy another world transfer and return back to NA I just wanted to bring some light to the subject so they could maybe implement a go back feature for world transfers eventually at some point maybe.
It's always best to research before transferring and the best way to do it is to make a character on the world you want to move to first. Starting in Limsa is a good way to check latency and other issues that you'll likely experience due to the large number of players that tend to congregate there compared to the other starting zones.
The thing is it's the games fault if your internet connection is bad. Maybe you should upgrade your internet contract or check if you still have copper cable in your whole region. I can play on NA and EU and have no problems with laggs at all even tho NA is like really really far away. And i live on the countryside (in germany) and even there we have glass fiber. So if you want to complain go to your goverment or the internet company of your choice and do it there because they "can" do something about it.
Also it is also not the fault of SE when people don't use their brains and check first the server out they want to switch to and read the warnings with all the details they put before every purchase. It's like buying a ticket to a amusement park and then complaining to the staff that it's raining when you visit it. It's something they can't control and they can't turn their whole business down just because people don't think about the odds of "bad" things.
Its not a big deal I said it was my fault I just wish there was a way to revert I already took the blame for that but I was saying it would have been nice if they could of push me back to the previous home world, but tbh as I said prior I just wanted to put that out there I never post on forums usually because if you read the comments ahead its mostly negative it's your fault, and wow bro stupid move but I had already took the fault for it I just wish they had a way to push you back to your prior server. It was just a suggestion for possible changes because MMO's always change so I thought that would be nice to put it out there but the world is full of opinions which is understandable but people love to insult not saying you because yours wasn't insulting but its almost as if for anything I say in this world there will always be an opposition and that's just life again it was just a suggestion put on the forums MMO's are ever changing that could be a thing made possible eventually.Just what did you expect when you move to a server 8.000 km away from you?

Oh I like you, you sound like me.
Anyway, I played on the NA servers before while living in Europe and there wasn't a lot of lag tbh, on the other hand, my net provider is ok, so maybe that's why.
You can just move back in 3 days, and not have to move back again.
First of all, it's very hard to read your texts. I didn't even know you could form sentences that long in English.
These hard to read texts could be a reason for a lot of negative feedback.
Second, there are the world population balancing systems that you can use to switch to a more populated NA DC for free.
Also, world travel makes the choice of server almost irrelevant.

Btw, why did you even chose a EU server when you wanted to join a more active one?
You will mosty play alone and wait forever to enter enything because the EU is asleep or at work when you play at "normal" hours like 6pm-10pm.
