well I tried to contact the customer service as you know they are not fully working ATM so I had to sent an email however the full amount already deducted from my card as my bank statement is showingThen very likely the transaction on the Mog Station failed (as you said you got an error)
When that happens, your card account may show the "Pending Transaction" amount debit, however it will not have actually removed monies from the account. That debit will poof after a few days, depending totally on your card account provider's policies (on mine, they can hang around for 3 days max)
You will need to contact Customer Service via the Mog Station for help on the issue you are having with it.
