    OMG SE! Get your sh*t together. Error 1014

    I reactivated my account on the 28th hopping to have a good time enjoying the past two updates but all I’m getting is Error 1014. It’s outrageous how SE take your money, slap you in the face and say I will not provide you the service you’re paying for.

    Sadly I saw that post after I reactivate my account. I’m just piss off by the lack of information by SE regarding this login problem. It’s almost a week since I last reactivate my account. I could care less about playing the game. I’m just pissed off that SE took my money and not providing the services promised. You’d think they would appreciate returning customer as appose of screwing them over.

    I wouldn't like to be in this situation and I very much doubt any of the outspoken in this thread would either.

    Considering a game like WoW can transfer your character from one server to another almost immediately this shouldn't be an issue for SE either, especially when money has been exchanged.

    A whole week is ridiculous.

    Yeah what they shoulda done is say sub or your character wiped but no they transferring all so ppl who didn't want to play bad enough to pay could get their character. I woulda kept only the subs and the rest would been out of luck. They were already not paying so no money lost. To be fair I would have announced that to give ppl those who read game updates a choice.

    Agreed, at the very least they should not have charged the card before transferring the character.

    If it continues for too long, I'd call SE customer service, there's not much players and forum reps can do.
