    Do you know what IP/Server your game is connects to? May help the support team troubleshoot.

    While playing the game and logged in, alt-Tab to go back to Windows, press Windows-R to run a command, type in 'resmon' and hit 'Enter' to start Windows Resource Monitor. Under the Network bar look for ffxiv_dx11.exe process, and the FFXIV server your computer is connected to is listed under 'Address'. It can also be found under 'TCP Connections' and 'Remote Address' column.

    I just did a tracert and noticed that the server ip is also losing packets.

    Thank you for the reply Avnerd.

    To clarify, you are experiencing issues early in your route. 200ms may be normal to connect to the server, but you are experiencing high ping and packet loss starting with hop 7 which is much closer to you. If you are experiencing instability early in your route, then it makes sense that you will have instability further down. Unfortunately, since this problem stems between you and the server, I'd suggest contacting your ISP.

    Additionally, most other posters in this thread look like they have the same ISP. If you are still encountering issues, I'd also suggest making a report with your ISP as well.
