Can you play on both PS4 and PC, if your PSN is registered with an old account? That's the case with mine, and I don't even remember which account I had, not the login, email, or anything. However, I wanna know if I can link my current account, if I buy say..the complete edition of XIV, for my PS4?

I don't really understand what you were saying, but in order to play on PC, you have to buy the windows version first, including the base game.

from what i keep hearing, you cant unlink your psn. you'd have to create a new psn in order to link it with your current account unfortunately.

Can you play? Yes. Though you'll need to create a secondary PSN if you have an account on your first PSN. (Then, of course, get new licenses).


Your best bet would be to reach out to SE support and see if they can at least try to unlink it for you?

You can contact SE and they can unlink an old PSN and change it to a new one if that's what you need. But as mentioned you would need to buy licences for both platforms, having the complete edition on PS4 will not give access to it on PC.

They actually refuse to do this.
In my case I am no longer able to play the game, and it is not helping either.
