Revenant's Toll: I like the general feel of it, and it really feels like a hub area. There is a surprising amount of things going on there and its open so it "feels" like you're right in the middle of a war zone or perhaps "sense of adventure" and in dangerous territory just outside the gates. Also, I like the music there. It brings back really good memories.
Idyllshire: This one is really my favorite, for some reason its just soo relaxing to be there. The music is good, it feels like a really mellow gathering place which is centralized and all the quests there including the MSQs really feel the best, with this large "ancient ruins" with all kinds of deep storylines and adventure all around you. But then again I loved the HW expansion as a whole, and it was really well put togather.
Ones I did NOT like....
Rhalger's Reach: it feels "foriegn" and not in a good way, more like an uncomfortable way. I do not and have never related to this area. It reminds me of course of Al Migho and Al Migans which its brings a bad taste in my mouth due to how they were portrayed throughout ARR and HW. I never liked them and really thought we should have been fighting them instead of the Empire during that expansion instead.
Eulmore: Ok the real reason is this whole scene is just creepy as hell. While it was intended to portray a kind of "decadance". That's part of why its uncomfortable. I am reminded of Soilent Green every time I'm there, and of course that this was Vauthrie's creation. Its every thing I detest in real life... shallow superficial "elitism" without a reason. Honestly the devs did a very good job in creating the atmosphere... unfortunately... they umm... did a good job of creating the Atmosphere.
Crysterium isn't bad I do like it but... I still like Revenant's Toll and Idyllshire best. They have a sense of Adventure protrayed so well in them.
