    Sorcerer's Attire Coffer

    I'm a true newbie to FFXIV, just hit 50, and only have the base game for now.

    When I finished the BLM quests, I got the Sorcerer's Attire Coffer, along with a notice that it "couldn't be used in dungeons".

    Is it talking about the coffer, or the armor it contains?

    Just the coffer itself, since whatever process it does to give you the gear doesn't work in dungeons.

    The gear is fine to use.

    You might have to actually be in town to open the coffer, but otherwise its just normal gear like any other set. Equip it, and have some fun.
