Mogstation item not in mail, it's been 5 days.

Bought a fantasia phial on saturday and it's still not in my mail. I've tried clearing mailbox, resend button, nothing's working.
Sent a ticket and they did not respond to the problem, the mail only said they "recieved" my ticket...
I mean i'd like to believe that the delay is bc of everything that's going on right now which would mean that i WILL get my fantasia eventually, but i just highly doubt it.... come on, 5 days??? How hard is it to send a fantasia lmao

i have 2 alts which i don't play on, and i made sure i was sending it to my main, but i did check the male on both of them just in case and nope, not there either.

I doubt its because there was a delay. I bought a fantasia set a few days ago and it went through just fine.

The longest I've waited was a few minutes, or the duration of a dungeon because my queue popped before the mail got there. Maybe a dumb question but do you have like, a purchase confirmation? I think you can check past purchases in Mog Station
If not it might be just waiting for support to actually answer unfortunately
Or second dumb question, it's been a while since I dealt with this but is your mailbox full? I vaguely remember there being some 20 mail limit or something where it just won't send you more til you clean it out

The only time that ever happened to me was when I sent it to the wrong toon. There's two dropdown menus and I put it on one and not the other and of course it went to the other.

If it's not that as you indicated then waiting on them to answer you is the only option (which could be longer due to the whole covid thing)

is your mailbox full? there is a separate limit per type of letter and weather or not it is holding items.

I did recently get a payment error with my subscription. The payment, for reasons beyond me did not go through with my valid payment method. I had to redo everything. You may have to check if you were charged for that fantasia.

A few reasons it's been that long.

1. Your mailbox is full, so be sure to delete any old mail.

2. High traffic either on a particular item or at the mog station site itself.

3. The mog station might have technical issues on their end.

If none of those are the issue, there's also the Reward/Purchase delivery request on the top window of the moogle mailbox window. It usually works for me if I feel like it's taking awhile for my stuff I buy from the mog station to deliver.
