    Hail the Queen bug

    So, i've been trying to get the quest for resistance relic weapons ,,Hail to the Queen" from Kugane but it seems like i can't, even though i've done the questline before it(including the raids), finished Shadowbringers fully, reached lvl 80(done all the job quests). Does anyone know how to fix that? I messaged SE about it but they said ask your fellows about it, so here i am.

    Head up to the airship dock and The Prima Vista to see if you have finished all of the follow up quests plus have completed/turned in The City of Lost Angels quest.
    Also, hunt down Lina to make sure everything was completed from her:
