Add an option to merge FFXI and FFXIV monthly subscription

Unfortunately, it's probably not possible, as each game actually uses it's own seperate subscription systems with unique parameters (FFXI's subscription still uses PlayOnline and 'Content IDs', FFXIV uses the Mogstation service through the SE Account Management System and 'Service Options'.

Although FFXI was retroactively added to the SE Account Management System back in 2010 and FFXI players were expected to move over to the newer system, this was never made compulsory and thus there are some old time existing FFXI players still out there who still only have their FFXI sub handled in PlayOnline - new FFXI players do not have a choice though and must link their FFXI account in the SE Account Management System.

Way back when FFXIV version 1.0 was first released, SE did offer an option to 'link' an FFXI subscription with a FFXIV subscription as incentive for moving FFXI players's accounts into the SE Account Management System and encouraging FFXI players to try FFXIV 1.0 as well (and extra carrots were offered as a part of this - a lowered subscription rate for FFXIV 1.0, and extra item storage space in FFXI), alas this option was abandoned years ago before 1.0 was shut down and replaced with ARR, and it has never been offered again. So I do not see SE offering this again I'm afraid.
