Keiten won't give me Hail to the Queen

Also! I checked and Return to Ivalice shows up under New Game +. It's definitely completed.

I'll look into the Domain restoration after work tonight just in case. I didn't last night unlocking old alliance raids out of desperation, since the Stormblood alliance raids were required, haha.

If you didn't unlock the restoration part (which very well could be what the situation happens, MSQ takes you there but there is the unlocking portion of the quest that still needs to be done), it's as simple as going to Mor Dhona and looking for the side quest "Toll Booty" (the other ones in that chain is Lil' Rascals, Short Arm of the Law, which than will unlcock the A Thousand Farewells quest (after picking up the quest in the enclave). Which should be the last piece to unlock the relic quest

Hey, I have the same problem. Keiten won't give me the quest. I've unlocked the Doma restoration stuff, and have cleared the Shadowbringers story up to 5.2. I've done the Return to Ivalice raids as well. Anyone know what else could be the issue, please?

just to confirm, you're looking for him in Kugane, Kogane Dori Markets area, right?

I've completed all quests in the Return to Ivalice line, I'm level 80, and I've completed the main scenario quests. I even did the two or three unrelated side quests in the airship (bringing the actor food) in the hopes it would help.

My FC recommended I submit a bug report, which I did. Neither my FC nor Reddit has any idea why I can't pick up the next quest.

Any ideas? Help!

I just remembered! have you done your level 80 job quest?

i have this same problem
so i finished my last(currently) lv 80 job quest
im all caught up with the MSQ
i did the iviance serie
i unlocked the doma restoration

did they phase this out to put it in for 5.45?

The only 2 prerequisites for "Hail to the Queen" are:
- Completion of the Main Scenario Quest "Shadowbringers"
- Completion of the Return to Ivalice story with the quest "The City of Lost Angels"

If you have unlocked New Game + and have completed the prerequisites, then the chapters "Shadowbringers - Part 2" and "Return to Ivalice" will be available to replay.

During the completion of the Main Scenario, you will have already unlocked access to the Doman Enclave, as it is part of 4.2.
The actual Doman Enclave Restoration is not needed to be unlocked.
The level 80 job quest also does not need to be completed.

"Hail to the Queen" should be available from Keiten at The Mujikoza, Kugane (12, 12)

If you have completed the prerequisites and the quest is not available, then please contact a GM or file a bug report.
