you thought it was THAT type of thread
There is a Hrothgar in the new Area which has a hair style that face can not have
so hopefully don't have to use fantasia to change hair soon

heres another one
Was wondering when people here were gonna notice this.
Only saw it pointed out in a discord group.
I think it's a hint at whats to come.
I would expect it to be "another face" though, not the ability to switch freely.
Unless they're restructuring the character creator to fit it in, I don't think there's any way they can add hairstyle choice without removing other settings, possibly specifically choice of fur pattern.
I would hope with the team away from the office that some team members could still do work like Viera Hair and Hrothar hair while working at home. I would think these things might not require a team working together in the office so maybe we might get somethings sooner as a result of the lockdown.
I suspect that we'll get a major update to the characters as opposed to adding some a little at a time but who knows really how they'll be doing it.
Wishful thinking probably :P.
And they really need to fix the fantasia thing when it comes to Hrothgar. I wouldn't be happy in the least if I had to pay for a fantasia to change my Viera hair.

Their entire schedule is delayed, and you're hoping they'll get to the extra stuff they couldn't even fit into it when running normally? Wishful thinking indeed.
If anything we just have to hope they don't need to compromise on what they can deliver in terms of gameplay and storytelling.
Was wondering if those were different styles. Hadn't seen those looks around before, but I guess they could just be less popular (or the faces they're attached to could be hah)
I can hope, for all of us Hroth and Viera players, that it means they made some progresscould be nothing but. I can hope

People can work away from the office. Many are doing that today. My roommate for example has been working non stop at home because she has an IT job and that allows her to work remotely. I seriously doubt that the development team is sitting around doing nothing watching Anime on TV. I suspect there is work being done and for all we know this might be something that can e worked on when away from the office.Their entire schedule is delayed, and you're hoping they'll get to the extra stuff they couldn't even fit into it when running normally? We'll have to wait and see how development is affected but after all is said and done keeping the team safe is a priority.

It probably is wishful thinking, but with people able to remote work and the big stuff delayed for maybe a month (or more) might be that some devs do a little bit of work on some of the less important side stuff?
Seems kinda backwards thinking. It's delayed because they're having to spend more time on the big stuff, not because they're just putting it off. Working from home means more delays all along the chain. Those delays would still be present in the "side stuff." Side stuff would also take longer to develop, same as big stuff.
Also, not the first NPC to have unique or otherwise impossible combinations. So optimism might be a bit premature.
